“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.”•Matthew 7:13•
“You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate.” We tend to associate the word “narrow” with difficulty or struggle. FOR instance, a narrow road when driving or trying to squeeze a big blanket into a small narrow bag; Matthew refers to God’s kingdom as having a narrow gate, meaning, it is not easy to enter or get through.
On the other hand,
“The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.”
Matthew mentions how easy it is to walk through the gate of hell and how wide the gate is.
It is not easy to follow the light when there’s so much darkness clouding it. God says to trust him and trust his word even in dark time’s when we cannot see the light completely.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.”

Forms of testing:
The Eye test: Believer’s should have spiritual vision even when their natural vision is failing. Spiritual vision can be referred to as Faith.
The Shadow test: Sometimes we influence others by the shadows we cast even when we are not aware of it. Is your shadow influencing or helping people in any way? In other words, is your lifestyle passing the shadow test?
The Fruit test: The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control,” according to Galatians 5:22–23
The Vocabulary test: Jesus consulted His Father throughout His earthly life. He only spoke what His Father told Him to speak. “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight” (Psalm 19:14).
The Forgiveness test: Most Christian find it hard to obey what is recorded in Matthew 6:14–5, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
